Rose Kelly nee Curtin, of Paddington, London, and  formerly of Knightsmountain, Knocknagoshel.

Rose who was in her 79th year, passed away peacefully on Sunday, 5th June after a short ilness.

She will be sadly missed by her sons, Patrick, Gerard and Vincent, her daughters in law, her beloved grand children, also her brothers Charlie and Eamon and her sisters Mary, Noreen, Joan and Kathleen. Her sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews and her many friends.

Predeceased by her husband Paddy and parents Charlie and Nora.

Rose will be remembered for her brilliant sense of humour and infectious laugh, her caring kind nature and her ability to make people smile no matter what road life took.

She was a homemaker in the true sense. Every room in our home was in the best condition. She had painted or wallpapered each room herself. No job was too much for Rose, she could turn her hand to anything.

Strangers would tell her their life histories or troubles even during a short wait at a bus stop, she had that approachable trusting nature.

Her budgeting was remarkable. We always had hot meals, soups, scones and jelly, although times could be tough, we never went hungry.

We will always love and miss you.
